Les Mills Combat

I’ve been doing martial arts for over 10 years now and in this time I’ve obtained two black belts (one in Shotokan karate and another in Shito-Ryu karate). So when I first started looking into workout DVDs I had some interest in Tae Bo. Sadly…these never did it for me because the intensity was really low. Especially after doing programs like Insanity, P90X, and Asylum. With that said, I’m really excited about Les Mills Combat which is Beachbody’s MMA styled workkout program which is coming soon. Hopefully it will measure up to my expectations.

  1. Hi!

I’m really enjoying your website and all the hybrids you’ve posted, for I’m a huge fan.
I finished this workout not that long ago, althought I really enjoyed it I’m more into the high intensity that Insanity or Asylum delivers. That’s why I was wondering if you’ve put together a hybrid of Les Mills Body Combat and Asylum or Insanity? If so, would you mind posting it?
    Thanks!

    • I have made a Les Mills Combat/Running hybrid; but I haven’t posted it as I made it for someone else and I have not tested it myself yet. I see no harm in posting that so I will do that in the next few days. As for combining that with Asylum, I can get to work on that since I am actually mixing some Les Mills Combat and Asylum and running currently! So if you do see that in the near future, feel free to hound me until I do!

      Cheers
